During our pre-meetings with the customer, we walk our customers through the building process up front to give them a better idea of what to expect once their home begins construction.
We answer any questions our customers may have and try to address all their concerns as we walk through the building process with them.
This phase includes
- Review customers desired home location.
- Review customers plans and specifications in preparation for the estimate process.
- Discuss customers initial design ideas
- Have a preliminary discussion about customers budget and expectations.
- We provide a copy of the blueprints and specification to our sub-contractors and vendors for them to generate a detailed quote.
- After receiving sub-contractors and vendor quotes, we populate our detailed spreadsheet with expected costs for your building project.
- This process generally takes 3-4 weeks.
- A detailed cost breakdown will be presented and explained to you.
- Any questions you have will be addressed.
- Identify and review cost saving options.
- You will select a lender or bank for your construction loan.
- You will give our cost breakdown for your custom home or building project to your bank/lender for their review and construction loan approval process.
- Your bank/lender will order an initial appraisal.
- We will sign the contract agreement together.
- Initial building deposit is due.
- We submit blueprints to local building authorities.
- We attend any appropriate, HOA, Architectural Review Boards, etc. meetings as necessary.
- We receive Building permit and construction approvals.
- Site work/excavation
- Foundation/Footings
- Framing

- A Final walk through is performed to create an initial punch list of items needed to be completed for final inspection.
- Final inspection from the building permitting department.
- Final Punch list is created, and items addressed.
